Aromacup Directory Templates |

I was approached by the proprietor of Aromacup.com to help with a redesign of his directory listings. Since I've had a good bit of experience with Mosets Tree (a directory component for Joomla) I was able to turn his designs into reality in a short amount of time. Igor had the vision to know that his directory didn't need to be restrained by the generic templates that most sites use straight out of the box. We worked together to develop a template that worked for both his summary views and the detail views while incorporating some extra features to mold the data with his site.
Here you can see the listing summary template. If you are familiar with the standard templates that come with Mosets Tree, you'll quickly see what a departure this design is. The layout is done in CSS and has a number of conditional elements that are driven by the listings data.
Here you can see the "Limited Time Offers" box that appears during specified dates and links directly to the products web site.
The conditional fields are carried through to the listing detail view with an expanded "Limited Time Offers" section and rows of additional information about the product. In addition, I added a "previous/next" record feature to ease navigation through the site as this is not included in the directory software.
