Cullen Elementary School was in desparate need of a new web site. Formerly at the whim of the district to manage updates to the site it quickly became outdated and unused.

Moxie Media decided to step up and devote time and resources to the project in response to a call for help from the PTA. It was quickly apparent that the site needed to be easily updated and managed and the roles of management need to be easy to pass on as the PTA staff only served 2-year terms. So Moxie installed a Content Mangement System that serviced exactly those needs.

A clean and unobtrusive design was put in place and the structure of the site was established. The current PTA board is now being trained to manage the site and handle updates directly through their web browsers. Current features include an events calendar, news articles, polls, photo galleries, and staff and board listings. Additional capabilities can be added by simply installing modules to the system and can include forums, custom sections for each teacher, donations management, private messaging, web mail for all teachers and staff, etc.
