FRP Books was looking for a way to give their geographically dispersed sales force a tool for developing prospects. A secure website was developed to serve that need.



The sales team are presented with a hit list of prospects allowing the team to manage the priorities and goals of the division.

Each team member is encouraged to add prospects to the system and to comment and rate prospects to better evaluate the potential each holds.


Interaction is Key

A system was developed that allows anyone on the team to answer and comment on key questions. This interaction allows the team to build their prospect list from across the country with the combined knowledge of the entire team.



We've all heard the addage—keep it simple, stupid!—here it was taken to heart. The interface to add, edit, and manage the prospects was built to be done directly from the web browser with no complicated codes or programming needed.
